best counsellor in samayapuram On behalf of Aram Psychiatry Hospital, R.Akila , Psychiatric Social Worker , gave a training program on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the psychiatric nursing students of Krishna College of Paramedical and allied health sciences, Samayapuram. The trainer began with the introduction of CBT and its applications. During the session , dysfunctional assumptions were discussed in detail. At the end of the session, Basic breathing Techniques and PMR were taught. There were around 80 students who participated and benefitted through out this program.
