On behalf of Aram Psychiatry Hospital in association with Bharathidasan University, Ms. Akila, Senior Psychiatric Social Worker , delivered a speech on stress management and mental health awareness for the students and teachers of Jenny's School of Education on 30.09.2025. During the session , understanding of body and mind, how to identify stress , coping strategies for stress, psychological handling of stress , have been covered .In addition, giving equal importance to mental health as much as we give for physical health is also emphasized. At the end , an interaction session occurred and around 60 people benefitted from the session.
