On behalf of Aram Psychiatry Hospital, Ms. Akila, Psychiatric Counsellor, delivered an awareness talk on 'Building Lives, Not Addiction' for the students of Polytechnic College, SIT, Trichy. During the session, the topic began by how people become vulnerable to alcohol addiction, the harmful effects of alcohol on both physical and mental health, and the consequences of regular alcohol consumption. The session mainly focused on creating awareness among the younger generation about the risks of alcohol addiction and the importance of making healthy life choices. The students actively participated in the program and interacted enthusiastically throughout the session.
